The Good Life Cuisine

Enjoy fantastic food that’s local and sustainable

In today’s environmentally conscious society, there are plenty of ways to go green. You can recycle your trash and buy recycled products, conserve water and energy, and even live in a green house or drive an eco-friendly car. But did you know that you can also engage in sustainable dining practices?

By purchasing food that’s grown or raised locally, you can support a sustainable food system in your community, gaining additional benefits by eating fresher, more flavorful meals.

Introducing The Good Life Cuisine

We’re pleased to announce the arrival of fresh, sustainable, and delicious meals to our BlueStar-managed Trilogy clubs. Created by BlueStar president Tim Steckbeck, along with chef and food innovator Joe Askren, the Good Life Cuisine Program helps bring locally grown, heart-healthy choices to the menu.

Since healthy food is often (and inaccurately) classified as tasteless, Joe and the BlueStar culinary team worked to create dishes that are as delicious as they are good for you, while also benefitting the environment. The result is 22 recipes that are sustainably prepared, highly nutritious, under 500 calories—and unbeatable in the taste department.
