Sneak Peek! The Vineyards just received approval for a new “green-o-vated” series of homes coming in spring 2010. The under development “John Marsh Heritage Series” of homes will feature the same great floor plans as the existing “Carl Lagoni Signature Series” and will have a host of new options and features that make them not only a breeze to maintain but they will be more green with BP Solar included in every home. The new series will soon be out to bid with our trade partners, so the price points have not yet been established but stay tuned!
