Trilogy won’t start building the new home until the buyer gets cash from the sale of their existing home,. This eliminates any monetary risk. Once that sale is complete, the buyer can move into furnished accommodations – paid for by Trilogy – and start enjoying the Trilogy lifestyle while their new Trilogy at The Vineyards home is being built.
There are some 60 different combinations of floor plans and architectural styles available at Trilogy at The Vineyards. Buyers can select from more than 4,000 decorator options to personalize their home through the Trilogy Design Studio. Over 20 green features are included in every home at no extra charge.
