Coming Soon: New Cartagena Model at Encanterra
We’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be opening a new model for you to tour, featuring the popular Cartagena floor plan. The model will be fully decorated and landscaped and ready to tour on February 12, 2012.
The Cartagena features generous proportions, offering you the ultimate in relaxation and entertaining options. With 2,554 square feet, the floor plan is expansive and features an outdoor courtyard, providing an excellent indoor/outdoor entertaining balance. One of our favorite features is the “his and her” design of the master bath. Designed like a luxury hotel, this feature helps keep harmonious couples harmonious! The home also includes our exclusive “Smart Space,” an innovative twist on the laundry room that creates a large, highly useful space that not only functions well as a laundry room but can also serves as the home’s organization hub or creativity studio.
