A Little Taste of Florida Home

Some may know Florida as “The Sunshine State,” but over the years many of us have come to know it —and love it—for its oranges!  For those at Trilogy’s Florida properties, Trilogy Orlando and Shea Homes at Victoria Gardens, here is a great recipe for a Florida Orange Cake that capitalizes on the delicious flavor of local oranges.

As AllRecipes.com says, “this recipe is a perfect showcase for Florida oranges, with juices in the cake and marmalade in the frosting.” Guaranteed, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how moist this delicious dessert turns out. Even for those who don’t live in Florida, give it a shot with your local produce and tell us how it turns out!
